How To Stop Self Criticism
Slowly cutting off self criticism in our bad habit behaviours can change our life for the better and can do wonders. It's just the comparison we're afraid of or it's the self doubt or the way one is raised, entirely.
Self criticism is just the other way towards my theory of Walnut Optimism in this blog.
Following are the ways in which you can cut out self criticism and in turn self doubt:
Practice recognizing your self worth by reciting loving and caring self affirmations. Understand that no one is perfect, people make mistakes and people are allowed to do that. But don't make it a mark for their life to lead.
Let go of negative self talk (cliché, I know, but works like hell), recognize it and beat it with positive and loving affirmations. Remind yourself of the reasons why you live yourself. Remind yourself the roads you've walked barefoot to come and land where you are right now.
Try to increase your value, what you have to offer your yourself and to others. But remember, don't shred every last bit of your heart for others. And remember, DO NOT BE AFRAID TO BE YOURSELF. PERIOD.
