Paradoxical Truths (Part 1)
The more we heal our adult selves the more childlike we become.
Healing is the little to big things one does to make herself feel top notch, be it having an ice cream that outrightly makes her remember her childhood or have nostalgic effect on her or something like going on a simple walk to the places she feels the best.
When one does all that stuff, they are bound to feel the uptake of good drugs (hormones) the body is making and providing, healing them in 2x speed.
Healing is not only from a physical wound, emotional grievance, mental health pressing, but can also do wonders when someone needs a routine change and decides to call it off for the day, it can be from school, college, office/work. Healing is something that brings out the youth mind and enriches the body of a grown up.
So, following this, when you strive to heal your boundaries and body and mind, you get glimpses of the love you had when you were a kid, that builds our mind and heart to the dot as a kid. And makes you feel like the leader of your life.
Healing is not necessarily recovering from a physical wound, a mental wound also comes under the umbrella of being healed by gradual time and consideration. Being burnt out is one way one can feel mentally wounded. Feeling burnt out basically means that a person has lost the energy, motivation and inspiration to do something that is needed to be done, for example, going to work, going to school, et cetera. Focus on your self care habits, and prioritize your perspective of seeing how you feel about the things that suck out the energy from you.
You need to help yourself heal yourself. Go and move your body.
