1. Give people the space to heal rather than trying to do it for them. 

2. When someone leaves your life, trust their absence clears space for better quality people. 

3. Let people be responsible for their own feelings and decisions. 

4. Try not to take things personally (cliche, I know). Sometimes people are just projecting their shit on you. 

5. Stop beating yourself up for having feelings. It's all part of being human. Nothing is wrong with you.
