Signs Of Depreciating Mental Health

I've experienced this first hand and it sucks to be at the receiving end of all the points below: 

1. You isolate and become distant to your own family and friends. You've set a tolerance bar for them. 

2. Becoming lethargic and having no motivation to do anything at all, even getting out of your bed seems like a mountain task. 

3. Your hobbies and interests are dying off, they're get stored up in a 'never going to use' store room. 

4. You take no effort to get your personal hygiene up, and take care of it. 

5. You are distant from yourself.
