4 Things You Should Discard

Sometimes, we carry stuff that doesn't benefit us in any form or content. Carrying the uncalled formalities and thoughts and expectations do no good at all. 

Following are the 4 points I go through to remind myself that I have dump some stuff. 
I hope they help you, too.

1. Expectations of what you have from others and what people mend from you. 

2. Trying to be a people pleaser at the cost of your own terms and well being. Being a people person is different and people pleaser is different. 

3. The thought that you can control the uncontrollable, it's the higher being's job. 

4. Wishing you did something differently or something really was the other way around. 

If you are not ready as a cherry to let go of things, that's completely okay. It shall pass. 

Take the time you need and things that prosper you, leave everything else.
