You Are Enough
I've come across many people who feel they're not good enough for anyone and that they are just dead weight to certain people. Even at times, I was made to believe that, that I'm not good enough, I lacked the spark to do anything good for some people. It took a toll on me the same way it does with many others.
There's no set way to deal with it and but you can follow these points to give YOURSELF a check as to why you shouldn't feel like being enough for someone is important, where as you should care about being there for yourself:
1. Be self aware, you need to build your emotional intelligence where you can handle your emotions and build an immunity to what others think of you.
2. Be clear on the point that negative people have negative thoughts, that come from their own shortcomings in life and relationships
3. Stop the assumption signal, stop assuming everyone has an opinion about you, the world does not revolve around you.
