Stop Destroying Yourself

There are many ways one can destroy and break her/himself, be it by bad diet, bad sleeping methods, life choices or even mental barriers. 

Following are the points that discuss the same:

1. Not speaking up when required - by keeping everything inside ones head is just the same as filling up a pressure cooker to the limit and letting it boil. You're not doing anyone any favors by keeping your opinions, your righteous thoughts to yourself. You're only making yourself available to the dark, damp place of not getting out of where you're stuck and can't fight back. 

2. Isolating yourself - sitting in a room all by yourself is not a good thing, and that goes without saying. How it depletes your energy is by eating your thoughts and only makes it worse when you sit for long hours with yourself. Man is a social animal, you need interactions to cope up. 

3. Leading a life without exercise - when you indulge in working out, your blood pressure, your immunity, your blood sugar remains in check with other factors playing also.

4. Take good care of your life - being adamant as to "what happens, happens" will only take you so far. Take charge, take care, put efforts to validate your life.
