What's the best way to avoid your mind from getting deteriorated?
It's probably NOT arguing and being silent.
I've been trying this new thing, where I get silent and shut myself from arguing from someone, be it family or friends or anyone at all. Yes, you might think it's not a good idea, because we should give out our opinion, our thoughts, our bits, but all that isn't much important than securing your mental health.
So, what can you do to get your angered opinion out? Simple, put a statement out in the open, like, "i don't like the way you're talking to me, take a deep breath and then follow up with your thoughts", and if the person is adamant about his/her attitude, just leave the room or their sight. It would just shut the other person with the thinking process, and it's tried and tested. Work with it.
