Emotional Damage
Being emotionally drained is just a kick in the face, and feels like the whole world is against you, trust me, I'm writing this with first hand experience. The following points are the indications that you're emotionally drained:
1. You are more irritated and agitated than usual. Even the noise of someone breathing would make you angry.
2. Small tasks feel overwhelming, and you take quits with it and try to procrastinate, and eventually nothing gets done.
3. You feel restless and on edge a lot, just a small nudge can make you behave rude.
4. Your appetite has changed, you might eat nothing at all or eat a whole 4-person meal by yourself.
5. You're tired all day, but struggle to sleep at night.
6. Mistakes happen out of whim, the same mistakes that you won't make normally.
7. It feels like you're stuck somewhere and can't get out because you're tired of trying to.
