Change Of Habits
When the pandemic hit, I got done with my undergraduate final semester exams, and after conquering them, I practically had nothing to do. Nothing at all. I used to wake up and watch TV, which was not healthy. So, I decided to change the routine.
I observed the time gaps I have between essential jobs/house jobs, and added a habit of reading a book, any kind of book would work for me. But I majorly focus on and like reading self help books, they give me a sense of direction and accomplishment.
The second most magical thing I started doing was learning a new language. Yes, learning a new language at a age of your twenties sound tough and makes you think it requires a lot of time management, but in reality it's really nice and easy. Duolingo is a world famous, free of cost application for all, that allows you to learn different languages with easy user interface and understandability. I started learning Spanish and I can outrightly say that I'm okay with conversing in Spanish now.
These two habits or more clearly changes helped me gain confidence during the pandemic and helped me maintain my brains health.
