7th Sense Anxiety

Anxiety is the evil twin of calmness. It makes you wonder and be in the trap of unnecessary thoughts about the things that are not going to play a role in your life. What's going to happen with your life? What are you doing with your life? What am I doing at this age? Such questions arise even when you're working a 7 figure job or are at a high designation.

Recently, I was hit by the statement of one of close friends that she was feeling anxious and was feeling a peculiar weight on her chest. I was naturally concerned. And asked her to tell since when she was feeling that way and asked her to do some things I usually do.

Write anything in a notebook. Anything. When you do that, your creative side shows and the parts that were bothering you or were giving you anxiety show up in your mind. After knowing what is the root cause of your problem, you can try to get ways to solve them.

Drink water. When you get hydrated, the dehydration gets eliminated and all of your body parts get hydrated and are able work properly, most of all the brain gets the splash of water as a reboot system and helps you think clearer.

Go out of your room. When you're cooped up inside a room, you have no scenery, no living subject to observe, no sense of motivation to get even a slice of smile.

My friend followed these points and she informed me that she might've been at a better place than before. If not wholly, she felt a bit more safer than what she was feeling. And that is all you need, every big problem in life requires you to do the smallest of things to conquer the world.

You should realize and observe that the most neck breaking problems always have the simplest of solutions, which in turn should make us feel that everything is in our hands to control, even the 7th sense anxiety.

And there's another cool way to melt down anxiety is to watch cat and dog videos, after all, they're the creations of beating down anxiety, am I right or am I right?
