Non Negative + On Positive Approach

1. Being negative about someone would harm you, it'll make you revolve around downing them, and eventually it'll eat your brain, and waste your time.

2. Appreciating your circle would make you be good to them and initially it would make you be better than someone who bad mouths their own friends. It'll make your friends be in a good mood and live their life a bit more easily. 

3. Thinking of yourself as highly as possible is the key and is important (of course, one shouldn't be narcissistic), because no one, at this day and age, is going to motivate your drive to go and achieve more than you. Everyone is busy talking behind backs and bitching, be clear of that path, it'll end you. 

4. Be grateful of EVERYTHING you have, the water you are drinking, the bed you love so much, your family, even the way you breathe. This'll instantaneously make you aware of yourself and make you feel positive.
