Panic attacks are agreeably frightening & disturbing! They can pop out of nowhere and devour us. Here are a few facts to know about panic attacks. Remember, everything will be fine, just remember to breathe.

First up, panic attacks are unsettling episodes of fear and anguish so powerful that they trick us into fearing that we might die, go mad, are on the verge to faint, or would lose control of ourself in some way. The symptoms of panic attacks feel so powerful and disturbing that they can convince an individual that they are in terrible danger.

Panic attacks are not dangerous, but are smoothly effective in making us believe that they, really, are. This is what it  does...it convinces you that we are not safe and comfortable. 

Panic attacks are like volcanic eruptions, they come out of nowhere and easily last for 15-30 minutes, and it hits its peak influence at about 10 minutes in.

Panic attacks and their symptoms we feel are totally real! We must remember that we are not are not alone. Our feelings are valid, and healing from panic attacks is possible. Talk about, we feel light after talking about something that bothers us. Talk, and take care. Sending love and hugs to all.
